In the recently concluded month of August, SANY Overseas Service Team and engineers continued to stand firm on the front lines of international service. Bryan Service Engineer from France Country Region

法國國區(qū)服務(wù)工程師Bryan凌晨6點驅(qū)車400公里維修SY215林業(yè)機,直至23點才完成設(shè)備修復(fù),敬業(yè)精神和專業(yè)能力受到了客戶的高度評價和贊賞。

Bryan, Service Engineer from France Country Region, drove 400 kilometers in the early morning at 6 a.m. to repair the SY215 forestry machine and worked until 11 p.m. to complete the equipment repair. His dedication and professional skills were highly praised and appreciated by the customer.

巴拿馬國區(qū)圭亞那博賽礦區(qū)服務(wù)團隊

Bo Sai Mining Area, Guyana, Panama Country Region Service Team

為保證客戶采購的47臺SRT95C剛卡的服務(wù),賽博礦區(qū)服務(wù)團隊日夜奮戰(zhàn),保證了設(shè)備每天高效運行18小時以上,設(shè)備出勤率達到93%,受到了客戶的高度評價。

In order to ensure the service of 47 SRT95C equipment purchased by customers, the service team of Sai Bo mining area worked hard day and night to ensure the efficient operation of the equipment for more than 18 hours a day, and the equipment attendance rate reached 93%, which was highly praised by customers.
