On December 17, LiuGong, in collaboration with the University of Mines and Technology (UmaT) in Ghana and local partner Golden Dream Ghana Ltd. (herein after referred to as “Golden Dream”), held a pre-departure ceremony for their school-enterprise cooperation and training project at UmaT campus in Tarkwa, Ghana. The Vice Dean of UmaT, instructors of the participating students, representatives from the local mining association, and leaders from relevant mining enterprises attended the ceremony. 今年9月，合作三方就在當(dāng)?shù)匕l(fā)起了培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目，旨在提升UmaT在中大型專業(yè)裝備使用和機(jī)電維修方面的教學(xué)水平，培養(yǎng)更多優(yōu)秀的師資力量，為加納提供先進(jìn)工程機(jī)械設(shè)備的技術(shù)人才。

In May of this year, the three parties initiated a training program aimed at enhancing UmaT's teaching expertise in the use of large and medium-sized specialized equipment and electromechanical maintenance. The goal was to cultivate more outstanding teaching staff and contribute to the development of technical talents in advanced engineering machinery equipment for Ghana.

經(jīng)過初期的線上培訓(xùn)和選拔考試，最終篩選出5名優(yōu)秀學(xué)員于明年1月前往柳工總部進(jìn)行為期15天的實(shí)地培訓(xùn)。學(xué)員回到加納將作為講師，為后續(xù)培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目提供更強(qiáng)大的師資力量。

Following the initial online training and selection exams, five outstanding candidates were ultimately selected to undergo a 15-day on-site training at LiuGong's headquarters in January next year. Upon their return to Ghana, they will serve as instructors, providing stronger teaching resources for subsequent training projects.
